2018 Ticket Plan and All Star Game Info
« Topic Start: July 01, 2017, 10:27:42 AM »
Genetically Perfect posted this link on Twitter, it has a mix of 2016, 2017, and 2018 dates so it's probably not meant to be public yet. Can someone grab some screen shots? I'm running around this morning and can't do it now.

My ticket prices in 113 (Baseline Box, $50) and 212 (MVP Clubs Level, $75) have stayed the same. Full season plans in both sections.

It appears that the RCR program will work the same, too. Earning the same number of points and redeeming for the same amount of points.

I will poke around and see what else is noteworthy

It looks like pricing and RCR probably hasn't been updated yet. I got to this page by going to nationals.com/renew, clicking on last years brochure page, and just changing the link from 2017 to 2018. So it's not exactly set in stone, but you can see what they're going for.

I would be careful at looking at the 2017 pricing charts. There's still references in there for 2016 postseason tickets so I don't know how accurate the whole thing is.

So that's the Nats Plus page, and hasn't been updated yet it looks like w/ any usable info. Oddly, the B page is the partial but that has a ton of new 2018 info. C and onward are still busted the same as A.

The A page has a 2018 pricing drop down menu. You don't think that's been updated?

Yup, cuz all the info is still 2017 renewal stuff. 2018 renewal stuff starts with the early bird postseason pricing info. Nat for life and All star game pages on that one are super broken too. You can deff tell that B is the one most updated.

Nat for like looks interesting. Basically an interest free loan from the Nats in exchange for locking in renewal in July. I wonder if once you sign up, if you decide you don't want to do Nats for life, can you opt out of that, but still keep your tickets.
I suppose all will be answered when this is officially announced

You can opt out and not buy tickets for the next season or pay in full each year. But paying in full does not guarantee all the same prices. The July opt out I assume will come with prices set for the next season, earlier than normal, I can't believe that they'd expect us to pass on the opt out deadline without all of the info available.

I also didn't realize how pricey the postseason tickets were. The strip will cost more than half the cost of my entire plan!

If you think that strip prices are high check the single game playoff prices, the strips are a bargain.

Don't worry. You won't be using the whole strip.

Yeah, just roll that into the ASG strips. look for World Series level prices there.

I remember going to the NBA one years ago. At the Convention Center also. Was lots of fun. I assume this will be also. Better than paying World Series prices for what is usually a terrible game.

Starting prices in Miami are $80 for the futures game, $250 for the HR derby, and $280 for the ASG. So about $610 for the strip to sit in the 400 level. Resellers are losing money in Miami. DC is a better market, but that will probably mean higher face values.

I'm planning on taking the fam, but might just get two strips & split cost with a friend.

Site updated with reference to an on field All Star Experience (and an ASG hat) for Nats for Life plan holders next year. Prices do not appear to have changed and can be be locked in through 2020.

i might save some money and see Hamilton in NYC instead that week. :)

I'm figuring seats for the ASG in Nats park will easily start north of $300.
