this is what sucks about following the game on Yahoo! You guys are way ahead of me, and i already know what happened before it happens. Runs lose their effect.

Have you tried Gameday?  It usually doesn't lag behind at all.

Braves 2
Nationals 1

Their pitcher DAvies has a 1.60 WHIP.
He can be beaten to a pulp. By a girl...

If Speigner doesn't get some quick outs he'll be lucky to make it to the fourth inning.  He's on a 70-75 pitch count, according to Manny.

Ugh, sounds like he had a horrid first.  Please let the second inning be a sign that he's going to settle down.

He isn't ideal but he's better than Young for sure.  I'd like to see Belliard get some more starts at 1B.

Fick is horrid. When he gets a hit it is a miracle.

Well, my prediction was 2.1 innings for L.S. Lets see if he can exceed my expectations and settle down.

NOOK SHOULD BE STARTING. LANGERHANS SHOULD BE OUR 4TH OF.

BELLY SHOULD BE OUR 1B.

that is all.

given tonite's starters, I would have batted Langerhans 6th or 7th and leave Fick for 8th.

Better than Young for sure?  Besides his defense, how is that true?  His AVG, OBP, and SLG avg are all lower.

He's horrible.  He should be sent down.

Ugh, nice meatball, Speigner.

He strikes out the same way every time, on one knee.

I'm loving what ESPN is doing right now, getting in game looks of games around the league.
