Back in the day, we dealt with a vendor called Computer Associates.    Appears they're now CA Technologies.     :smh:

Only reason I don't call 'em that was they used to have "seminars" in the Big Apple.    We'd take the shuttle up for a day or two.    Enjoyed the hell out of NYC.     :)

No reflection on your experience but I often found the reason vendors are pricks is you let them be.

They were aggressive in their business practices, and would cheat if they thought they could get away with it.  It was hard to get away from them, they kept buying up companies we prefered to do business with.
