I got a "C" (rather than an "F") in Philosophy 101 because of the '69 Mets.    Didn't help me though.    I still got drafted.

Well, the philosophy professor was a New Yorker and a Mets' fan.    For some reason, I missed the class in September.    It was like a 3:00 class. 
 So, I asked him about extra credit.    He said if you bring me a report everyday on the World Series, I'll give you a "C" in the class.

Has Henley had skin problems?    Sun screen ain't such a joke if he has.

Third base coach Bobby Henley ignored a mark on his left cheek for a year until discovering last spring it was cancer, and a big section of skin was removed.
