No Need for a Royce contract in DC.
Well, We don't really know what we have in anything not in the majors yet.
But their presence gives the Nats options. They can trade from that depth if they sign Harper. Or they can back fill with Harper, spend on other guys or future free agents. I'm want Harper here for the long haul, but it's nice to have options in the likely event he signs somewhere else.
