That wasn't meant as a shot at ya.    We're just thinking there's more problems on this team than the obvious ones.

Nah o knew you weeebt taking a shot sorry if I sounded snarky, just wasn't sure what you'd been taking about. Was there a lot of errors?

Trea made a bone head move on a steal.    Roark stank up the joint.    That move by Raburn.    Loby made a quick throw to first and Zim wasn't paying attention and the ball went into right.     It's been that kind of game.

A closer isn't the only thing this team needs. They are out of their freaking minds if they think a closer would fix the rest of these pieces of crap.

There are some who thought he would come in and provide the answer.

Maybe:

- Keep Enny, because he is useful twice out of three appearances. That's better than HRod.

- Keep Albers because a team always needs a mediocre relief pitcher

- Keep J Turner, maybe, as a two-inning relief pitcher. Or use use him as the "fifth starter who is the modern Russ Kemmerer".

- Send Treinen to Syracuse to find last year

- Send Ross to Syracuse until he can beat AAA teams

- Send Gott to Harrisburg, just in case it doesn't matter if a AA pitcher has no control

- DFA the rest.

I fully expected the team to crash on the recent west coast swing. Instead it came on the home stand against two weak to mediocre teams.  It's a funny game sometimes.

Perhaps tightening things up in the Division of Dookie will heighten our interest for the next few months?

I predicted mediocre for this homestand but definitely not putrid :spaz:

Since the makeup game the Nats are 1-5 and the Blos have lost six in a row.  Clearly Buck knew what he was talking about.   :hysterical:

Didn't matter how high leverage the situation was early in the season, he stunk in those, too. Take the good ones where you can get 'em.
