Miss District of Columbia, Kara McCullough, a scientist, is the WINNER in the 2017 Miss USA Pageant on Fox.

That's Back to Back for the Miss DC representative in the Miss USA Pageant. The 2016 winner wore an afro hair style for her final walk, to honor her mother on Mother's Day, who died shortly after she won the crown.

I wouldn't ask Jonbenet Ramsey's opinion on anything like that either

Ovi has the 24th best goals per playoff game average in NHL history.

Until you factor in that the NHL lets literally everyone into the playoffs . . .

Wiz just took the #1 seed to a game 7. From the outside, that doesn't look like a failure at all.

Also have to factor in that Ovechkin doesn't play defense

don't look at the wizards thread.  The 4th was indeed a colossal failure.

IMHO     The Wiz easily had this series in their grasp.    It slipped away.

You're nuts. Highest finish, win total, playoff seed since 1979 and took the #1 seed to the brink.

All that shows is that they've sucked for almost 40 years

and an awful 4Q last night.

On the whole, the season was one of their best, but they collapsed in game 7, there's just no way of denying that when you look at Wall's numbers and the bench scoring.

Heaven forbid your playmaker try to make plays. Weird things happen down the stretch in Game 7's. It may have been a bad quarter, but man, if you're calling it a playoff failure, I'd contend you're too close to the situation or too harsh a grader.

And if they were coming off a championship run, I'd agree, until then, they haven't earned the benefit of the doubt. This is a team whose ceiling is the second round of the playoffs that has no path to move into a championship team (unless we're counting on Durant coming home again)
