Facing the Nats scary good offense?  Easy 3-step solution:

1- Find the worst possible pitcher you have (5.00+ ERA is preferable)
2- Get him to throw the 2 pitches to every hitter right down Broadway
3- Every other pitch should be a slider/off speed.

This will guarantee giving up less than 2 runs and more than likely a shutout.
