Is there any good reason why Treinen is still closing?

Why not put Perez in vs the two LH bats (Freeman and Markakis)?

Treinen is a good mid reliever when you need a ground ball. Good hard sinkerballer. Closers need to be able to throw strikes at will. He can't do that. So he can't do the job. I think anyone in the bullpen besides Blake and Romero would make a better closer. I still don't  understand how the Nats could have made what was obviously the wrong decision.
