The e-cash point system seems as though it may be automated now.  Loaded $100 last night and I have the points already.

The code Rendon worked for 20 points.

Correction, it is the code Eaton, not Rendon, that worked for 20 points.

DANGER WILL ROBINSON

I experienced something of a SNAFU when I logged into my Nationals Access Account just now.
I was asked to update my information when I logged in...and I did.
When I logged out and back in - all of the points I had accumulated so far this year have been reset to 0 points, and all of my games and all of my e-cash has been wiped out as well.
There is also a button asking me to invite others to the group...I am a partner in a SPH account and don't have that liberty...and a member ID that I do not recognize was indicated.
No clue what has happened...but proceed with caution...
I notified my SPH leader and Account Executive...and await a response...

Damn.  I'm hoping your SPH holder doesn't have to reload your account.

There was something wonky on the site this weekend.  I have 16,000+ RCR points in my account.  I tried divvying up my points to my partners.  Even though the most I tried to process was around 2400 points, I received a message that I needed to ensure that I had enough points in my account forthe transfer and it refused to transfer the points.

Guessing the Ticket Exec. can deal with it.  There has to be backup data...right?

They updated their system to add a single game account to your dashboard.  Things are back to normal now...   :phew:

Thanks to everyone who has been posting codes.  This has been great.  I've been using the At Bat app on my phone to enter the codes, but for the last few days it says the portal is in "maintenance mode".  Is there another way to enter codes?  I logged into my Nats Access account but didn't see where you could punch in codes there.

Sorry, I meant to say the Ballpark app, not the At Bat app

Bottom center/left of the home page after you have logged in...labeled "Code Redemption":

CODE REDEMPTION
Enter codes found on Radio broadcasts, scoreboard messages, and via e-mails here in order to earn additional RCR points!

Thanks!  It was right there in front of my eyes.  I was looking under everything under the left-hand menu.
