Hahaha announcer on mlb.tv looked pretty bad there. Medium depth fly ball and he starts getting hyped.

At least he admitted to being fooled. Totally got Carp'd.

He's done it a few times, he must be embarrassed how often he's gotten fooled.

It's like the playoffs... but I'd dare say some of the Latin country players are even more hyped for the WBC than they are the playoffs.

Hey VaRK did you love the new ball park?  I couldn't make it this year but that is so on my list for next year, from what I saw it looks really nice!

Very much so, Skippy...such an upgrade that is it hard to even quantify.  There are a good deal of small details still to be addressed, but overall, it was just great...

I loved the size...just right...though I can see where parking could possibly become an issue at some point if/when attendance increases.  We got there at 11:30-ish each day and seemed to be towards the furthest end of the $10 lot already with what were 2/3 capacity crowds.  Plan accordingly...

You need an appointment to get your haircut? Jeez, the west end of Henrico county must really be fashionable.

I just go sit at the barbershop until some Vietnamese guy shouts that I'm next and to hurry up.

9:30 haircut appointment...

I gotta stop scheduling stuff before 11:00am...

I do the number 7 attachment on the old Wahl.    Never need an appointment.    Never leave the house.

BTW    How 'bout Kinsler's homerun?    Wasn't that fun?     :couch:

Was it the right amount of fun though?  I couldn't tell if he was doing it the "right way" or not.

It's subtle.   It's a nuance thing.   8-0 is the "right way".
