I'm with imref on this one, their chicken and cheese sub that's all warm and melty is delish 
I kind of like Potbelly better. Locally here in NoVa, there are a couple of Santini's that are terrific and way better than Firehouse. And I like Firehouse okay, but just not like Santini's.
