11?

Ryan Howard in 2006 w/11. That's as far back as MLB.com goes and I can't find any ST stats on the baseball-reference and similar sites. I saw one post claim Henry Rodriguez had 22, but it was answers.com and frankly I don't trust them much. Given his career numbers, 22 in total for his whole career is more likely (160HR in regular season over 10 seasons).

First basemen are involved in many plays. He'd love it there.

The Washington Post published a special 12-page Nationals section today, Wed March 29, 2017. Included is a small poster of Trea Turner. A color Bryce Harper picture takes up the entire front page of the section, with the title, "Time to Get Serious."

What's the difference between Bryce Harper, Alex Ovechkin and John Wall?

Bryce Harper won't stick around for fake contending!  :rimshot:

Thank you, I'll be here all season  :D

Yes, he was heroic today and saved the team from further embarrassment.   Seriously, they play like little leaguers and are painful to watch ....  Werth ... Wieters... the bullpen.

"As of press time 75 percent of fans who voted on Twitter would like Bryce Harper on the Phillies."

That many, huh?

In other news, 25% of fans in Philadelphia are legally retarded.

In all fairness, about 60% of them are from across the river in south joisey.

North Joisey.   South Jersey is fine.

the Philly part of New Jersey is *not* North Jersey. North Jersey fans are Yankees/Mets Islanders/Rangers Knicks/Nets Giants/Jets. Not Philly.

[old Chelsea]The thing that gets you suspicious about the part of New Jersey near Philly is that they named it after a pitch where Angelos's team plays[/old Chelsea]

South Jersey covers from Cape May North about 40 miles as far as I'm concerned.  Not that the rest is necessarily North Jersey but none of it qualifies as South Jersey which to me is essentially a different state.

I loved Ft. Dix in the late winter.    Rainy, sleety, breezy, cold, sandy  ....  Camden is the Garden of Eden.

So the pristine Atlantic City beaches count?
