The reason Puerto Rico's recovery is lacking is because no one gives a freak.
"It's an island."
"There's no infrastructure."
"They're in debt."
"Can't find drivers."
It's all smoke. We could should have done better. We got plenty of Marines and heavy lift assets at/near Lejeune. Bunch of heavy lift helicopters. There's the Navy all over Florida and the East Coast. The 82nd and airlift capabilities in Carolina. That's what they're good at. We can move the whole damned 82nd anywhere in the world in less than 9 days. We knew the hurricane was comin' and we say, "The infrastructure's broke, etc.?" Pitiful
