I kind of got the same impression (based on the small sample size) about my neighbor's relatives   ...   and they were Italian immigrants.    :)

Sometimes the white immigrants are the hardest on the not white ones.

True in the States as well.

I agree with Canada/expos/that other guy that you're painting with a broad (no offense) brush.

Can't help it, those fans make it easy to root against that team. And this isn't the first time, they seem to have a bit of  a recent history throwing beers, they suck, one of which nearly hit a baby.  They suck.

Kentucky basketball. He is a Calipari guy.

But I recall him saying that he would've attended Duke.

I seem to recall that as well.    But then again, I would have too.     :)

I've been to a number of games where something got thrown and no one knew who did it (including both NHL Winter Classics I've been to).  Sometimes everyone is so locked in they don't notice anything else around them.

But I missed that particular episode in that game and haven't watched the replay, so I'm talking out of my ass here.

Is it?  Haven't you seen plenty of other times fans in other stadiums have pointed out to security right away when someone in the crowd does something wrong? I have, that's why I was so stunned NO ONE in the BJ crowd seemed to want to get that guy kicked out, losers.

I guess in hockey it doesn't seem so evil because the players have helmets and pads and stuff, for a baseball player out in left field they're like a sitting duck, I just have no tolerance for cowards who'd hurl something at them just for kicks.

I'm thinking one of these days someone will start a "Fire JCA" thread if the Nats don't win with the GDT thread rotation we've set up.

Shouldn't this just be a "playoffs, non-Nats games" thread?

Anyway, why did Hendricks come out of the game?

Hit by a line drive.    Didn't look too "bad".    Mad let him toss a few and then took him out.
