Game 4 is only 3 days' rest for Max. Maybe you bring Roark out of the pen too, but Game 4 might be a crapshow of guys going 2 innings each. Of course, the Dodgers are throwing their weak link in Julio Urias...

If Max throws Game 5, he'll be missing the first 2-3 of the NLDS.
