I was at a Caps/Habs game where Ovie had 4 goals and an assist after breaking his nose (though maybe he'd already scored a couple when the shnoz took a hit).  They were still wearing the old kit, so it must have been during his first couple of seasons.
Hockey players are really tough.

Bruce Gamble played goal and won a game in which he suffered a heart attack.  And later died of a heart attack after playing a pick up game in his forties.  So tough but not always smart.

He will probably live until 90.

Gordie Howe played until his fifties I believe but not as effectively as Jagr.
