No, 3.5 is the Standard Deviation for the time frame.
I don't accept anyone's math unless verified by another party. I suggest Mathguy.

Do you want me to send you my spreadsheets?    :lol:

I downloaded the game results for each team separately and computed using excel formulas "average" and "stdev.p" for each range.  Might be right to demand a verification of Slate's math though.     :couch:

I did the whole season, Slate did "for the time frame" but I don't see where that is defined.
