Not going to link an article since they all seem to be taking a political stance on things, but it looks like the Kushner's bid to buy the Marlins is off the table. Loria is potentially going to be named as a candidate for ambassador to France and they decided it was best to walk away rather than open up any debates about tit for tat, etc.
We must really hate the French.
