No idea how Cole/Difo stay on the list, yet Franco gets pushed out.

Not sure Cole belongs in the top ten anymore.

I could see maybe 9-10. Difo's the one for sure that is overrated. Hasn't shown anything in AA. Cole's not having any dominant starts, but he's working his way back around to being something. I sound like a broken record, but he still could be a solid RP.

Think Cole and Difo drop a bit. Carter Kieboom enters, along with a rise for Soto and Ward. Voth deserves to stick imo too.

But I think the top 5 are pretty universal, and look to be top 100 guys, as long as they retain eligibility. Turner probably loses it, despite riding the pine most of the time.

I dropped both way down, but that's just me. If Giolito/Turner lose their eligibility, guessing it'll be Robles/Lopez/Fedde/Kieboom/Luzardo, which is still pretty freaking solid.

MLB.com's midseason top 30: http://m.mlb.com/prospects/2016?list=was

Giolito
Turner
Robles
Lopez
Fedde
Difo (?!)
Carter Kieboom
Dane Dunning
Sheldon Neuse
Stevenson
Voth

Jesus Luzardo
Schrock
Bautista
Perkins
Abreu

Some really odd highs & lows, but interesting to see the first list that includes draft/int'l signees.

Impressive five of our top 18 are from the recent draft.

Difo makes no sense at 6.
