You have it backwards. A team that isn't good yet has to think about the future more.

No, I think it's right in both cases, given the Super 2 rules, to keep a player down for the extra year. I think the Rox were put in a bad spot (I don't think anyone thought Reyes was a bad guy) by Reyes' actions, and were forced to play Story. He also outplayed the other turds they put out there. Just the way I feel.

What's wrong with this graphic?

The results shown are for the previous year rather than the year they went 0-3 or more...

Nasty outfield collision for the Cubs in Arizona. Schwarber had to be carted off the field.

Somehow he came away from that with only a sprained ankle. Very lucky.

Bad things always seem to happen to that team on the North side.

Dare the Rockies send him down to stop his clock when Reyes returns?

Dodgers pitcher Ross Stripling in his first major league game just got pulled in the 8th inning with a no hitter. They pulled him with one out because he hit 100 pitches.

Unreal.

The next pitcher comes in and gives up a game tying home run. Dave Roberts going to take some heat on this one.

That is so tough, I remember when Buchholz threw his no no Tito saying afterwards if he reached a certain number of pitchers he'd have taken him out but luckily for him he didn't reach that threshold, that is one tough decision to make.

Or not!

Panda gets his first start of the year. First swing breaks his belt. First chance gets airmailed. Bullet dodged.

Edit: Of course there is already a Vine. After this sequence he just pulls the whole belt out and hands it to the bat boy. I was wondering if he would reach base and lose his pants.
