Matt Harvey will not pitch tomorrow. Opening Day could potentially be in question. Non-disclosed issue right now.

ESPN reporting that it's a medical issue but not related to arm.

Hopefully he's in a hotel room with tissue boxes for shoes and jars of urine lining the walls.

David O'Brien @DOBrienAJC
#Braves have released Nick Swisher, who's owed $15 million

‏@JeffSchultzAJC
But he'll be highest-paid Brave on payroll this season.

Ryan Dunlevy ‏@dozer042
@JeffSchultzAJC So then I guess he'll sign with the Nats and hit soul crushing homers against the Braves this season

:lmao:

Isn't Uggla still the highest paid player on their payroll?

They're playing for better draft picks this year- if swisher is better than whatever stiff they replace him with Moore, it's a bad thing.

Uh oh Mets and Harvey:  https://twitter.com/AdamRubinESPN/status/714536774823976960

Mutt fans shamed him into pitching too many innings last year.

It was worth it to get that ring.

Kind of doubt that; they would just give him treatment there and probably let him pitch.  Must be something more serious they want to test.  Wish him well.

that's my thought, florida has doctors, no reason to go home for anything routine

Now the speculation will be just how he got the infection.

Cause of bladder issue per Harvey: holding it too much when he's gotta go.

Can he really claim to be a "number one" starter given this revelation?

Bet no one will want shower after him now that he will be letting loose.

Imagine what the number two starter gets the Mets.
