Some are that cheap...obviously, the closer the more they are.  I actually looked into it, but we decided the winters just would be too much for us at our advanced age...  :old:

With my SS money the government gave you, you could maintain two homes.    :)

How did you end up rooting for the Packers and not the Bears?

Oh, I don't root for the Packers... :spaz: ...my wife does.  Her father was born in Algoma - a Green Bay "suburb."  I am a Bears fan.  We go to Lambeau for the Bears / Packers games because it's so damned much fun...if not the game itself...the tailgate parties and the entire experience.  If you have never been...you owe it to yourself to go at least once.

I've gotten the short end of the stick on bragging rights of late...and likely for the foreseeable future.

I looked into houses there because the people are so likeable...and other than real property taxes and heat...the cost of living is really, really cheap.  Besides, it's hard to spend money when you are holed up fo 6 months out of the year...

Last night I went out to a nice dinner and the manager apologised in advance for how loud it might get because there were 30 NFL players at the next table. But I don't watch football enough to recognize any of them!

Ran into one coming out of the washroom through. Big dudes.

He said they were from a bunch of teams, eating before some big charity event.

Googled it, but couldn't find anything about it.

They were from all different teams though!

And a few of them got loud.  Mostly their wives though.

Is it good? I don't have Prime, but was going to grab that show if it's worthwhile. I like Fitz, Honeybadger, Bucannon, and Palmer (since he got the shaft by Cinci).

And he shafted Arizona in the playoffs.

First episode seemed like hard knocks with less production value (not bad, but not hbo) and without fake storylines - I liked it a lot

This shouldn't have went on for this long. The NFLPA needs to hold out anyways. Lord GODell's power & contracts being the root

If I was the NFLPA I would worry more about the non guaranteed contracts in a sport where guys don't last very long. That effects everyone. The discipline is arbitrary but only effects a few the vast majority of whom did the crime.
