Montgomerie was 3 under for awhile and then reality set in. I went golfin', got home and find out Phil shot a 63. 
Wait 'til the weather kicks up tomorrow/weekend. It'll be fun then.
Watching the replay now. Great round by Phil. Calm today, but when the wind whips up it will definitely shake things up .
