The player you want to get is the player you said this draft is weak in- number 1 receivers with jackson's speed don't slip, especially in a weak draft
You mean like a 5'10" receiver with blazing speed?

Jackson became dominant, so clearly you can grab elite receivers whenever you want, by your logic may as well cut cousins because Brady like talent can be had in the sixth.

“If I could go back, I wouldn’t,” he said of playing football. “I would play baseball. I got drafted by the Cubs in the 14th round [of the 1997 MLB Draft], but I didn’t play baseball because of my parents. They made me go to school. Don’t get me wrong, I love the game of football. But right now, I could still be playing baseball.

umm maybe indy league

The Redskins and Cousins have reportedly broken off contract talks so a franchise tag seems likely.

106.7 is reporting that there are multiple reports   ....  some say broken off and another report is they're still talking but far apart.   It's early.

Franchise tag, he'll probably be good next year, he'll want even more money for proving it again. We could probably get him at a discount long-term but I guess that's not happening now.

Meh, honestly, no freaks given. Let him negotiate. I think that it was telling that Cousins didn't really come on strong until Jackson came back healthy. Cousins strikes me as a QB that really needs solid weapons around him to be a good QB. He isn't going to make a receiver.

Funny stuff, from CSN;

"The Redskins drafted linebacker H.B. Blades in 2007. He played for Washington until being cut at the end of training camp in 2011. Now, the team in suing Blades in federal court, according to TMZ.

In the filing, the Redskins claim they paid Blades a $40,000 severance when he was released, but "mistakenly paid an additional $40,000 to Blades on December 27, 2013 as a result of a clerical error."

The team notified their former linebacker of the error, but he would not return the money.

Blades has not been reached for comment."

1. Jackson didn't come back healthy. He came back.
2. What QB will be able to do much of anything without at least one deep threat?

Yea, a moat all around the stadium won't possibly be a problem for all the people who started drinking at 8am.

Redskins re-signed Josh LeRibeus. To which we all ask, "why?"
