Adele explained via twitter that she got distracted by a microphone that fell on the piano last night, so to compensate for the screw-up, she went to In and Out Burger after the show.  She's the coolest person on the planet.

We should have In and Out Burger on the East Coast; now that would be cool.

Here's a video of the Take It Easy tribute last night.

I see Bernie Leadon was there on the left (the bald dude); I saw another guy all the way on the right that I could not identify.  Thought it might be Don Felder but then he didn't take a bow at the end so was not sure?

In n Out Burger is overrated, there I said it.

Adele was not herself last night that was obvious :( I mean bad Adele is still better most everyone else but still, you could tell something was wrong right from the start, she just didn't sound strong at all.

The guy on the right could be the guy from Arlington who took over a lot of the leads/playing opposite Joe Walsh in "Hotel California" (see History of the Eagles) when the broo ha ha occurred with Felder in the early 2000s.     Though he plays with the group, he seldom participates in the group bows at the end of performances.    He's always on the right end of the group.

Alice Cooper and Johnny Depp's performance was painful. Tired of Adele. Swift's album wasn't the best. Gaga was great.  #hottakes

the Lionel Ritchie tribute was the highlight for me, along with the Eagles.  I didn't much care for Gaga.

Which one?  Bon Scott?  I'm guessing he can't hear a thing right now.

I'm going to look for isolated rhythm sections for Substitute live.

Can't recall if I posted this previously, Disturbed's cover of Sounds of Silence. Simply amazing.

The live version is even better:

At the Moody Blues concert in Richmond.  Hard to believe they started up 52 years ago, and the 3 current members have been together for 50 years.

Cool!

The voices aren't quite the same, solos sound better than their duets, but the music still rocks.  Graeme Edge turns 75 next week...
