That clip is the first "performance" of any kind I've seen by her.    She was alright.    :)

The new Megadeth album Dystopia is amazing! Losing Drover and Broderick were big blows I thought buthat the additions of drummer Addler from Lamb of God and Kiko Loureiro from Angra have more than made up for it.

this might be my new favorite show: http://www.axs.tv/programs/live-from-red-rocks/

Cheap Trick aired on 1/24, the Barenaked Ladies on 1/31 (with special guest Colin Hay).  Blues Traveler and Counting Crows are airing in February.

Zander struggled on The Flame but he sounded pretty good on most everything else.  Unlike Journey Cheap Trick is still largely the original band.  The only missing piece is Bun E. Carlos, Rick Nielsen's son is now the touring drummer.

43 years is ling time to keep a group together.  Just saw that Deen is no longer with Journey...

The bass player, Tom Petersen (?), is with them?  I thought he left years ago.

Open question for folks with musical knowledge - Rick Nielsen: very good guitarist or very flashy guitarist?  I listened to some songs off Live at the Budokan and wondered whether it was just amplification and some simple (cheap?) tricks, but I loved the guitar on most of those songs.

No, he's a great guitarist. A master, but also knows how to get the best sound out of his gear. I don't love Cheap Trick, but definitely respect Nielsen as a guitarist.

Peterson is still with CT.

Thanks much. Wa watching the dog show. Just caught the end of it. Great tribute. Hard to believe Joe Walsh is still alive.

JB co-wrote the song of course and his version is excellent also.

Yes, there was no one else who could've sang that, it was an awkward transition to them but a nice tribute.

I'm sure it will be on you tube by tomorrow.
Saw Jackson do it live a couple years ago at the Kennedy Center. Saw the Eagles live years ago but can't remember that. Too many dead brain cells.

Have they done a Maurice White tribute?

I imagine the loss was tough on Henley. They were tight and then had a big falling out and then got back together.  Bitter break ups also with the members no longer there. (Randy Meisner, Don Felder, Bernie Leadin).
