nice
good atmosphere there though DPM. i got a question for you, though. was talking to some people at Nebraska and where it ranked in CFB's elite. Used to be one of the best, still always pretty good, but moving forward, how good can they be? can they be elite on an annual basis again? will they get the kids needed for that? i don't know how to rank them.
I assume you're talking about football here? Do I think they can be elite again? Absolutely. Will they ever get to where they were in the mid to late 90's? Doubtful. What they did there arguable has never been topped. Bama right now might be close. Couple ND or Oklahoma teams might have an argument. But, sure, they can join the ranks of the elite again. Notre Dame, USC, Bama, OU, Texas, Michigan and several other examples have had rough years, and come back to the top. No reason Nebraska can't. The one think they have working against them is that they don't have the talent close by many of those other programs do. But they've got everything else. I've been to South Bend, Norman and Ann Arbor. I've heard Tuscaloosa is nothing special. Lincoln is about 3 times as big. Bigger than Baton Rouge, too. Lincoln has everything those towns have and in some cases more. The trick is just getting them here to see it.
