Good for him. That Alfa Romeo is nice. All together, he spent maybe 1/75 of his contract on those cars... An average American (most don't have a guaranteed contract) spends much more of their annual income % on a damn Camry or something (even at a financed rate).

Haha Baltimore.

he took less money than the QO.  Wow.  Reports are that he wanted an opt out after a year with Baltimore and they refused to give it to him.

Another rough day for Ian Desmond.

C'mon Peter! Sign Ean!  He has a huge - HUGE - fan following in DC, which is part of the Orioles market!  Think of how much smarter you will look than the Lerners! I'm not sure if he smokes, but you could sue him if he does!  A natural fit for your park if you play him every day in RF!

Close advised Fowler when he refused the qualifying offer. Close couldn't get Fowler any offer that would have been close to worth of the qualifying offer. Close advised Fowler to pass up his best offer - far and away best offer - to resign with the club he played for last year at a ridiculously low amount. Now Close labels as liars the management of the team that made the best offer for Fowler, and he blames the entire media for reckless disregard of truth.

What, is Close running for the Republican nomination?

Damn, Daniel.

I'm going to guess Fowler feels he was the victim of a fraud by Wall Street.

It's more fun to just blame the Blos.

Profar "looks good" in the field. Homered off Hamels today too. Shame that rumor was a dud.
