They showed a graphic on the CBS Evening News and the netting/screen goes out quite a way.

In Lakeland a few years ago for a ST game with the Nats and Tigers - IIRC, it extended all the way down both foul lines, and it stayed up for the entire game.

So there must have been some hard feelings. Don't get it, his kid hung around the clubhouse and he seemed quite happy.

I pay hyper attention and those seats behind the dugout make me nervous. People just don't pay enough attention these days and some wouldn't have the reaction instincts to survive or catch a ball anyway.

One thing I hate about going to a game, to young people, it's some sort of social gathering. Anytime a ball or bat rockets into the stands, it hits a 20 something person in the face because they are nose in their phones taking selfies or something stupid.

I only check my phone to see stat updates, and usually only between innings.
