The #4 and #5 hitters are 0 for 19 in this series.  You can't win anything with those kind of numbers.  I'm really surprised about Robinson, though.  He's been able to hit everybody.

Dad never took us to fancy restaurants after eight hours in the steel mill.   :)   Not being flippant.    Was never was exposed to that life style or the need to do it.

Growing up in DC area Just about every slightly above average Italian restaurant had waiters in black tuxes.

Before the game was called Monday I was hearing about how the rain out might cause a change in the O's rotation and Chen might pitch today......may not have been a bad thing......but then again.....the results would surely be the same :hang: :hang:

Desmond should create his own brand of cologne. Some of the taglines that would go great with it:

"Swing hard in case you run all the bases."

"Take a whiff."

Local Italian places in the Pittsburgh area had real Italians in dress pants/shirts.

Scherzer did that for Rizzo, so why not...

Our lineup is pathetic we will need to sign 2 good bats if we want to compete next year.

I can't stand people who put their feet up on the seats in front of them at the park. #fanpolice

Especially with people in those seats.   I've seen it done.   Worst though is when folks behind you keep kicking your seat.    I have a mitlen moment.

No, I just think it's classless and it gets the seats dirty for when/if somebody does sit there. But I know I'm in the very small minority on this.

This really is a minor league organization, from Mark Lerner on down. Not much you can do when they are satisfied with crappy baseball.

This reminds me of getting home from school and watching the end of a Cubs game on WGN back in the day.  They weren't playing for anything either...

And there are the women sitting in front of me with long hair that hangs in my lap. Or marinates in the open beer in the cup holder.

It's been a long season.  :)
