I bought the 2.99 one- from fitness guide inc- it's pretty well put together- videos of every exercise, or pictures, good voice ques, and the number of reps and breaks between workouts are customizable
ah ok, I just started with the one I downloaded last week so I'm going to give it a couple of weeks to see if 7 minutes of working out in addition to running make any type of difference or if I'm being completely delusional that such a short amount of time could possibly work.
