They're giving out a Pope Francis rookie card tonight so that will help tremendously.  :rites: :rites: :rites:  (3 of them for the father, son, and holy spirit  ghost which the heathens here wouldn't know anything about.)   :whip: Good thing we have a Catholic on the mound tonight.  :worship:

Great job DCFan but I did make one small correction.    :rites:

Long time ago. All hipsters and yuppie burn-outs now.

Speaking of which, my son went to Colorado this Summer. I told him he had to spend some time in Boulder, because it was a funky hippie town. Not any more apparently. Big Weed and Starbucks has taken over.

This season has nothing left but small and ultimately meaningless moments of pleasure, so might as well enjoy them.  Maybe we can sweep the birds next week.
Despite being a ball and chain, it is funny to see him come up big against the Phillies in their own house.

Nats taking advantage of the pushovers but as soon as a team that puts up resistance comes along they bend over like nages in Love.

Ditto Madison and Berkeley.

My old man lives in Boulder - they have the Metropolitan Opera live on video in one of the local cinemas and the place is always packed.  For a hippie enclave it sure has a lot of urban aesthetes with upscale tastes

mitlen, someone just called me to tell me that someone was arguing with him that Clemente should not be honored and not even be put in the same category with the great Jackie Robinson. :smh:

I wasn't paying attention earlier so it was a misunderstanding.

The altitude really takes a while to adjust to, and even then you won't have the same stamina.

Bartolo Colon gives up another home run. 24 total and 19 of them solo this year. He has only given up 22 walks this year. Gio gives that many in a month.
