I think Manny needs to grow a pair...argue the call for Chrissakes.

I was watching the Cleveland Texas game and man,I wish the Nats has a hitter who had 6 HR and 18 RBI, even if he was hitting .239. The Nats need two players to equal those numbers... Yessir, The Nats need to find a SOSO somewhere they can sign for 10 cents, like the Rangers did...

I like Manny, i really do but you know Frank wouldn't hesitate to argue any questionable call. Thats about the only thing i liked about Frank, he would let the ump know how he felt. Manny just sits there with a poker face all game.

It's a shame Hill's likely solid outing is going to be ruined by Cold Hams likely amazing outing.

Not bad Hill. If only the man would get some run support.

Actually he didn't this time...he actually came out of the dugout and confronted the umpire...but he didn't have any balls about it.  He just sort of complained...and then the umpires dominated him.  Manny just shook his head and turned back to the dugout.  I wanna see him get emotional when he needs to...and not be afraid to stand toe to toe with these umps.

You know I'm getting sick of hearing about Hamels, (that's not a shot against any of you). I hope we get to his punk ass and knock him out early.

What should the call be when the ball bounces up off the dirt, hits the player and then ends up in fair ground? If the player doesn't run, he should be called out at 1B, and that's the call I saw made. Church may have thought he got hit with the foul tip, but the ball hit the ground first.

You're missing the point...I'm talking about the manager arguing for his team regardless of whether he's right or not.  And on your point - I don't think after being dressed-down by Manny last week, that Church would just stand there if he didn't think he had been hit.

It is nice to see Hill performing the way he has so far, (provides a little hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel).

Today was the perfect day to start Flores at catcher.  Day game after a night game against a LH pitcher.

I know I'm being a Negative Nancy here, but we basically have 4 automatic outs between Restovich, BS, Hill, Wilson.

I didn't say Ryan didn't think he got hit, just that he may have thought he did. And what if the manager saw the same thing I saw, and that was the ball hitting the dirt first? He saw a legitimate reflex action by the player in a situation where the umpire's action was equally as legitimate. Arguing in that situation would have turned the Ump against the Nats. Manny did the right thing.

I can already feel my heart being cut out in a few innings.

I can't wait until Guzman comes back so Ronnie can head to the bench.  He has been horrible for a while now

This has to be the first time this has been said.

Unbelievable Zimmerman.
