Just checked in at the end of the thread.  They REALLY needed that win, and Hill really needed to be rewarded for another excellent start. 

Couldn't tell how Chief pitched from the thread.  I noticed in the box score that he threw 14 pitches, 10 for strikes.  Was this a case where he was just throwing the ball over and letting the Philly batters see how far they could hit it?  If he was throwing first pitch strikes, that would actually be an improvement.  If he's afraid to throw Strike 1, he'll never be able to close games again.
