They'll cut him like they did Ryan Webb.

Rosenthal is tweeting that Morse could be flipped in another deal and the Dodgers are covering his entire remaining salary for 2015 and 2016.

It would make Ryan Zimmerman angry since he'd get demoted.

Do the Mariners still need a DH? I think they only have 6 or 7.

"According to sources there is a third team involved in the Dodgers/Marlins trade which is bigger than being reported"

I bet Rizzo has pulled a Rizzo by flipping Tyler Moore for Julio Urias.

That's the inference...  It was speculated that Morse was going to be flipped.

Multiple sources reporting the Tigers have turned into sellers.  Looks like their window is closed.

Cespedes anyone?

#TradeDeadline so active/fluid right now that there could be quite a few iPhones & Andriods placed on DL by Saturday with keyboard issues.

too much money at first and left to displace them and you're not displacing harper. Would love to see it though

Jayson Stark:

Third club in #Dodgers-#Marlins believed to be a team that winds up with Morse.  He has no apparent fit on the Dodgers roster.

The Nationals should be in on Price.

I would bench everyone in our outfield except Harper and make room for Cespedes.

That would have to involve trading one of our pitchers to a third club. Fister to where? Who wants Fister?

Now hearing the trade is far from complete. Sources telling me it could be falling apart. Total confusion. #marlins

Sounds like there is/was a big time 3rd party involved.

Source: #Braves are third team in #Marlins-#Dodgers deal. Do not know further details.
