Prospects are too often overrated. In they can be traded for legit bullpen experience, make it so.

Espinosa has been our offense today. We've hit rock bottom but this team will probably start drilling on the ocean floor.

Williams should be fired just for his continued use of Barrett in high leverage situations.  :hysterical:

But he's been our 7th inning guy for years...

Big hit from Yuni.  Harper as the tying run means we always have a chance.

freak it you know what, might as well call up Jose Valverde from AAA. :hang:

Has only given up 1 run over his last 6 innings down there. 4 K/1 BB

At this point, I think Clippard would be my number one trade target.  Can't fault Gio for this.  Very good start from him today but the pen ruins another one.

Washington Nationals @Nationals
Now pitching for #NYY: LHP Jacob Lindgren. Lindgren (22.090 yrs) is the first pitcher @Bharper3407 has faced who is younger than him.

Sad that we have to resort to dregs like him but you are right. He is an upgrade over Barrett, Treinen, Rivero, etc.

That and the Moore swing easily could have been checks. Don't even swing if you want to get the call with this dude.

He's still getting paid by the Nats.

Soriano would be like Goose Gossage compared to these clums (clowns + bums).

A young lefty is the perfect opportunity for Desmond, and he still can't get a hit. :hang:

a 'sizzling' (i.e., feeble) ground ball that just missed helping end the inning with a DP....and first pitch hacking at krapola by Taylor....
