It's weird because he's really too young to be regressing and yet, he has seemed to regress the last couple of years.  I still think it's something mechanical and that he'll get it together.

I think Anthony Bosch knows what the problem is.

Also worth noting that coming into today, Gio had a 2.91 FIP so he's pitching better than the ERA would suggest.

Nats have the worst starting pitchers.
Nats have the worst offense.
Nats have the worst scouting staff.
Nats have the worst manager.
The sky is falling.

Nats are in first place and have one of the top records in MLB so far.

Will Zimmerman eclipse 300 homers?

2010 wasn't nearly as bad as the two years prior.  At least Zim/Dunn/Willingham was fun to watch and Nyjer Morgan's multiple meltdowns had some entertainment value as well.

Nats are back to sucking.  Half the pitching staff is on the DL.  Team's forgotten how to hit.

Lobaton :hysterical: This awful ass team

It is like they are just content to piss these games away. Lucky that the Mets are gagging at the same time again.

Harper isn't even playing.
Be a lot cooler if he was.

Robinson seems to play so much better as an everyday player.  Seems like a guy who needs consistent ABs to get into a rhythm.

Hitting .267/.290/.400 as a starter but only .167/.211/.222 off the bench coming into today.

welp so much for help. Tom Koehler is collapsing in NY.

Marlins lead down to 5-2 and bases still loaded.

The Mets don't have Bryce Harper so Koehler should be okay.

freak it all to hell. 3 run double by Ruben Tejada (WTF).

5-5 game. Mets will win and the Nats will lose yet another game in the standings.

Ian Desmond displays a depressing lack of range.

I don't think Desmond has gotten to a ball up the middle all season.
