Down the 3B line in the concourse, why is there a big sign that says CHANGE HICKEN? They show it a lot from a certain camera angle, and I always wonder what CHANGE HICKEN means. Is it a DC thing?

There's a concession stand named Change Up Chicken. I guess maybe part of the sign is either burned out or obstructed.
