Awesome intel, Bubba...

My buddy is an Architect, and a former drummer, so you hit all the hot buttons for him.  I have passed this on to him...thanks...no doubt we'll revisit this before we go...  ;)

Car show seems scaled back this year. No club Jeep.

I liked watchin' the Jeep course.    Liability issues maybe?

There's an Enzo on the third floor. Worth the price of admission.

Yeah. They are using the third floor on the south end this year for the super cars and for a gallery of custom painted cars. There was an artist at work there this evening. The mustang club exhibit is down a hall on the second fooor as well, not easy to find. The main floors seem smaller this year.

If any of you are going on a weekday grab the Groupon and save $4 a ticket.

Third floor?

The ballrooms on the 3rd level.

BTW   Veteran's ID will get you a $2 discount on the weekends and $4 discount during the week.      Active duty has a free day comin' up.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha....

(Although, gotta say, we still have our 06 Sienna and I'm not sure what I'd do without it. It's relegated to trailer pulling, trips with the dog, Home Depot runs and dump runs, but we still run it all the time.)

Our kids are grown but we just purchased another one since we travel frequently. Great car. Put that third seat down and you have so much room. And can lift out the second row seats when you need more.  The 2003 one we had lasted for 271000 miles and was still running until we hit that darn bear.

Hard to beat Toyotas and Hondas for reliability.

Our fun car is too small and our other car developed an appetite for oil (still under warranty, but annoying), so time for big and reliable

We have a 2011.  I'd buy it again. I think there's an all new one coming out later this year.

I just saw that, I'm going to wait until the 18s hit the lots to buy a 17. I did that with my last two cars and ended up with pretty good deals

That's a good plan. They usually don't change much with the new models anyway.

As always, the exotic vehicles up on the 3rd level   ...  RR (not Harper), Bentley, etc.     There aren't many vehicles up there but they're interesting.   Artists are "painting/wrapping" a few and there's a chrome Vette.     The rest of the Show is like the MC show.    It's the usual suspects.    I did get to sit in my Jag though.    I could have had it for $70K but they wouldn't take a personal check.     :)

I told my money man (IRA) that story yesterday.    He said he's heard worse.

Picked up a '11 Jetta over the weekend. Nicest car I've ever owned.
