But Hoyer has to be gone anyway, don't you think?

are they really going into next season with Manziel as the starter (let alone even on the roster) when he's currently in rehab? Even without the off the field issues, he looked absolutely terrible- if he wasn't Jhonny football or a first round pick, I think he'd struggle to even be in the competition for starter after that showing.

If Danny loves RGIII, he'd really love Johnny Football.  Do it Snyder!

Vega how are you feeling about the browns? Word is you lost Shanahan because the FO was pushing him to play Manziel and he didn't want that. Now things look even worse with him in rehab.
Should have taken Teddy instead of Manziel. This is gonna be another disastrous few years that will waste the careers of great players like Joe Haden, Alex Mack, and Joe Thomas. The team outside of QB is solid for the most part, but they'll suck for the next couple of years as Johnny busts. Unless Connor Shaw emerges into a star, which won't happen. I do expect to see him start some more games next year though.

Hoyer has to be pretty happy about all of this
yes.  I heard he offered to take Manziel out for drinks to celebrate.

Falcons being investigated for pumping in artificial crowd noise during games. Why hasn't this been done to the seahawks who are notorious for doing this? The vikings were said to do this at their old dome as well.

At least Turner Field's a short distance to move the equipment.

LaRon Landry among 3 Colts cuts

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Colts released safety LaRon Landry, linebacker Andrew Jackson and offensive lineman Xavier Nixon on Wednesday.

The Colts signed Landry to a four-year, $24 million contract in 2013 with the hope that he would be the hard-hitting safety they had been missing since Bob Sanders played for them.

Landry turned out to be a disappointment instead. He was suspended for four games for using performance-enhancing drugs last season. The Colts then placed him on the exempt/commissioner's permission list for a game after he returned from the suspension.

This is good for the colts. This shows they know they have significant problems to fix. They need to make their defense more stout up front and they need a RB plus another legit WR. This only illustrates how valuable Andrew Luck is and how many of their flaws he makes up for in that they were able to make it to the AFC title game with all these deficiencies on their roster.

The best thing for Winston would be to fall to a decent team

That's actually slower than Marino but way faster than Brady. That crap doesn't mean a damn thing.

That should really hurt his team when he's selected for the opening "scramble".  :?

From everything I've heard Winston is the first in/last out guy on the team, he may be an enormous idiot but I don't think I've heard lazy attributed to him?
