Atlanta sucked last season. Making moves to improve the team in the future is wise because the core from last year wasn't going to do anything. Time to deal Justin Upton too and try flipping B.J. for an equally bad contract like Edwin Jackson or Ubaldo Jimenez. Gattis likely has value to an AL team too.
