LOL "so how was Bergmann's first inning?"

"He had 3 strikeouts"

"Well that's good!"

"Yeah but he also had two walks"

Wow.. 3 Ks.  Bergmann has very good "stuff".  If he can ever get any command on his pitches he could be decent.
Umm, I'm not getting teary-eyed over Bergmann's "stuff"...he walked two, threw a wild pitch and got lucky when Andruw offered at some bad pitches.  If he continues to have "stuff" like that...he's not going to continue being lucky...I can tell you that.

Horrible swing by Church..  I keep thinking that our hitting will improve but it keeps getting worse

Nothing.  It's not like we're going to be counting K's for anyone on our roster this year, so we might as well count walks.  It's called the "nats2playoffs" method of coping with our team's pathetic-ness ;)

Of all the people on the planet earth, why would you give Brian Schneider a 4-pitch walk?

I like Washington draft stradegy that the Braves annoucers were just discussing. The Nats will apparently follow the formula form 2005 and draft a college ready player who can make the quick jump tp the pros. Good!! i hate waiting long for prospects

Maybe he is annoyed that ball was caught...or maybe he is just being nice?
