Lose against Williams and Burnett, beat Hamels. Makes sense.

That's why I don't get wrapped up in the butt tightness over pitching matchups. Just go out and play. If you're good, you can beat anybody.

Other then Kershaw, we've hammered just about every top notch SP we've faced it seems like.

I'm happy with Drew being the closer in October, he will have learnt so much from last time
Drew Storen admitted a while after we lost Game 5 that he had been suffering from severe back pain during the NDLS in 2012.

He needs to TELL the team if this happens again. Leaving him on the mound after he blew that save, so that he could also lose the game, was Davey Johnson's fault. Davey made other idiotic mistakes in that game, such as using Edwin Jackson as a relief pitcher.
