He averaged 96 last year, seems to be right in that area.  Wasn't he hitting 97 in his last start?

Nope :shrug:
If he's sitting there, that's fine. His average last year was 95.2, but pitchers become slightly slower with every year they age, and if he is sitting "94-95" today, that's hardly a big difference at all. In his first two starts of the year, his fastball was down an average of 1.7 MPH, but I think the first start was way slower than the second, right?
