Since we're paying part of his salary, he ought to pitch 2 innings for Arizona (giving up 6 runs to us) and then, after he's settled down, pitch 4 innings in a Nationals uniform.

we got a run!  But it's a shame we can only get one hit per inning.  Where are the Nats' offense?

speigner in, chico out. chico wasn't terrible, shows flashes of good pitching, just a few mistakes that were very costly

Damn, what the hell.. This is so freaking embarrassing.  Our starting rotation is way worse than the media predicted. Might be the worst rotation ever assembled in MLB history (No, I'm not exaggerating).

This would be a good time for a triple play...

4 innings and 55 pitches isn't going to cut it.  He may not be ready for MLB.
On the other hand, I think we have 12 pitchers in anticipation of short starters.

WTF does this umpire want???!!! He won't call anything a strike unless it's right down the middle.

Chico was terrible, but I admit he did show flashes of good pitching.  What's really terrible is that Chico has shown the best ability to pitch in a game than anyone in our rotation so far, even though it's just the opening series.

alright fellas, I'm out.  I concede this game and this sweep to the marlins.  Acta has learned a lot these past couple of days, hopefully he knows how to handle Arizona.

This is such a damn joke.  We have not one pitcher who can consistently get outs.  I really do not see this team getting any better. We are getting raped by the Marlins..  Just imagine when we have to face a real team like the Mets or Phillies.  Instead of 9-2 games, they will be 15-1.

I think it's nap time, I'm getting cranky.

We'll take 2 of 3 from the D-Backs.  ;)

What in the F.. Casto grounds it right to Hanley for the easiest DP I have ever seen.  It is like this team is intentionally trying to be as awful as possible.

Chillax, Max. You had to see that DP coming.
