What is Krol worth, really, like a low-A prospect outside an org's top 10? He's like a throw in piece. I thought they just valued Lombo as a super utility guy, but if this was just Ray + parts, man thats a bad trade.

Well, Francona had to deal with Manny, so I suppose he'll figure out a way to maximize T-Plush's value.

Ironic they kept him around and let Sizemore walk now that he's able to . . . walk.  Anyone want to guess who plays more?

They're fudging the numbers in the CSS of that subreddit.  Really only has 106 subs.

Mark Zuckerman @ZuckermanCSN

Chris Young goes from fringe of #Nats rotation competition to No. 4 starter for #Mariners. Wow, good for him.

City of Seattle can always use him to lure an NBA team also

John Lannan makes the Mets as a reliever, first time in his career he's pitching out of the pen.

KC released Jon Rauch. I'm guessing his career as a major league player is probably over.

March 23, 2014: Chad Tracy released by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.  I think we missed that one.

Dan Haren is still being Dan Haren....throwing BP and Vin Scully is letting him have it!

It's 6-0 in the bottom of the second.

How many good starts did he have coming out of the break last year and Rizzo didn't bother trading him, could have got at least a low level prospect.

How is that Haren's fault? And why would you want a player that'll never reach the majors?
