What im saying is when MLB found those guys name in his hand book I bet he made up some story to cover his fellow cubans. Remember how the story came out that it was Gio Gonzalez's father that contacted Tony and not Gio himself. I think Gio is as guilty as the rest of them but unlike the rest he was the right nationality.

My sources tell me that Tony Bosch is a member of SDE.    He was sent here as an agent of the Cuban government (via intermediaries - his parents - in Miami) to destroy the reputations of all non-Cuban players in Major League Baseball.    I've also been told that Che' is living on a Greek Island with JFK and Elvis though my sources will neither confirm nor deny that story.

I'm glad too, just because I love anything that causes the Yankees heartache   but yea I'm not so quick to discount Bosch as some lying weasel, as HTT pointed out the journals and the other players' acceptance of their punishment based on the journals leads me to believe this guy is just telling us what went down in his "clinic".  I am still somewhat amazed that Gio skated by , I guess it truly was his dad and not him getting benefits from the good doc?   

Maybe Gio is actually clean, i dont know. Or, Maybe Gio was smart enough to have his dad pick up his stuff and provided Bosch with plausible deniability. "I met with Gios dad. Gio was never in my office. I never met with Gio, etc."
