I thought I read that yesterday's double was his first career double.
Just checked his stats and that is correct. He wasn't so good at the plate as I remembered (although he hits better than our current #2, 6, and 7 hitters), and he has no power. What I was mixing up was that he was fast enough on the base paths to be a decent pinch runner.
