TE's are at a premium in the new NFL landscape.

This draft class is deep at defensive backfield talent.

Twitter is going to melt, if the Jets take Geno Smith here.

This idea about the Jets fans' angst on draft day is so overplayed. By now Jets fans do that crap on purpose because they know they will be talked about on TV. It's like the "brash/tough" philly fan mythology.

ah, you don't like Geno.

I'm confident he'll be a good QB in the NFL now.

SF, I wouldn't say Geno Smith is or will be a bum. He looked really good at times early on in the season. I think he has the skills to succeed but he is going to need the right situation and the right coaching staff to work with him and have the patience to let him develop at the right speed.

He's weak. I saw him in person vs JMU earlier this season. Seems mediocre to me. Not JaMarcus Russell bad but I don't think he'll be more than average.

I saw him in person against Texas, he was incredible. The arm strength, accuracy and reads were great.
I hope he gets picked soon, poor guy it would suck to sit in the green room for hours and hours with the camera on you.

Geno needs most likely, to go to a team with an established QB, where he can sit and learn for a couple seasons and then take over.

I don't like throwing the weight of an entire franchise on a Rookie QB. but that's just me.

Post Gazette says that but after reading spider and JMW's posts, I am skeered.   They're lookin' for Jones to take over for Harrison.

word.  If Shariff Floyd is there at 19, we're taking him.

and people aren't gonna be happy about it.

the Niners traded up to 18. bet you they take Shariff Floyd.

Steelers get their man, Jarvis Jones.
